They made us run more in P.E. today! Even though it was a short period. We ran one lap; was about to do frisbee, except some people were being very uncooperative. So Aoki sensei got mad and told us to run three more laps and just finish off the mile. ><
I was very annoyed, so I ran somewhat fast (kept in 3rd) and jostled the slow people (not the ones who actually run slow; the people who weren't trying at all and were just walking it... these were also the same people that had caused the delay and the whole run in the first place) when I lapped them. Yeah. Pathetic revenge, but... eh, whatever.
The "walkers," unfairly enough, got to cut the mile short (they spent the time walking about 1/4 of a mile...) because the bell rang. Well, they'll get payback in their own way. When they're old and fat and about 50 years old they'll be a million times unhealthier than me and the other two people who actually finished the laps.
Maybe it's all for the better. I mean, it's exercise... Frisbee isn't much of a challenge, esp. because we've not started doing Ultimate yet. And I doubt Ultimate will be much fun. No one can throw. Or catch. Okay, so some of the guys are decent. But they won't strike a match to, say, Steven or Vikram standards. And of course there's no one remotely close to Mr. Keilty or Mr. Culbertson...
(...and when we do play Ultimate, I bet you anything I'll have to sit through at least 10 minutes of explanation. ><)
Aside from that, classes were generally fine. Jap was okay, orchestra same, took a superbly easy quiz in geom. and spent the rest of a class drawing

(Btw, I attempted to make it wear Tiff's eskimo clothing and kind of half-succeeded....)
and I can see lots of improvements I can make on it and it's very messed but I'm too lazy to go fix it because I got like superflamed by Tiffany and then I kind of lost interest in it. Not to mention that after that I had P.E. + English in which there's actually stuff to do and no time to doodle...
Well, I've hw. To some extent. And I have to practice cello because there's class today despite the fact that I just had class on Saturday. So I better go do that...
Edit: Hell, now the soreness is really starting to kick in. Esp. after cello class, which so did not help me at all... First of all, I'm just sore down below because of profuse splits-style stretching yesterday... and since we ended up running another mile today, that's starting to kick in too and it's not helping at all. But Chinese dance goes beyond that. Much xia-yao-ing (bridge?) after not having stretched for a long time really stretches your... abdominal muscles? It feels like you've just done many many sit-ups. And guess what? We do many sit-ups + push-ups as part of the warm-up exercise in P.E. So add that, and.... yeah. >< And then somehow my neck muscles are sore too, I think from xia-yao + dian-bu-fan-shen + chuan-fan-shen + back kicks... gackh... haven't done back kicks in forever. Almost lost my ability to catch the leg in midair...
Urk. I'm used to my legs being sore, either from running or splits/dance/whatever... but... I don't like... being sore all over.... >< Aaaaah.... I'm dead tired, too... I think I'll change my mood to sore now... because my mood is no longer okay... it is sore...

Date: 2005-09-12 04:50 pm (UTC)Urk. Those people just drive me CRAZY. I probably would have ended up being a person attempting to run but failing sadly with a slow jog and huffing and puffing. x.X;;
WAAAAHHH!! So cute. xD I can see where you would make said improvements, but it reminds me of someone. It kind of slapped me in the face, but I just can't figure out who (no not Tiffany)....mmm..oh well. Cute.
G'luck with your practicing.
