Rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 16 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 16 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I want to know more about you!
1. My goal in life: to win.
2. I like to bet with really high stakes. Literally and metaphorically.
3. I find it very difficult to hate anyone.
4. I like smart people.
5. I dislike obnoxious people who insist on being obnoxious without acknowledging that they’re being obnoxious.
6. I become unreasonably pissy and vent on others when I don’t get enough sleep. (Yeah, everyone does, but some have more self-control than others ._____o;;;)
7. Friends > school, period. (The reason I try so hard for the schools are because I want to make friends with the population of said schools, not for the schools themselves.)
8. I don’t ask for favors (esp. ones I can’t repay) if I can help it. This does not spring from any gallant morality; it just makes me so uncomfortable (particularly with adults) that I try and avoid the act altogether. I have no idea why.
9. I never want to let anything go. This might be why I had a plethora of activities in sophomore/junior year that were too much for me to handle (sophomore year especially) and nearly resulted in (or did result in, at several points in time) the loss of my sanity. ._____.;;
10. I can be more stubborn than an idiot on drugs when you touch upon the right issues. Other have informed me that it gets annoying.
11. I am a computer geek born and bred. Unfortunately, a crippled one, because I had a Macintosh OS 9 as my only functioning platform for FIVE YEARS, but I know enough to get by.
12. I am a sucker for anything cute and furry. Especially if it's alive and likes being petted.
13. I used to be a tomboy. Not in the sense that I associated with boys a lot, but in the sense that 我很沒教養 [trans: I was very badly behaved (?)], as my mother would say. Very 野 [wild]. Wasn’t interested in girl-like things at all; paid no attention to appearance whatsoever, preferred to run around and climb trees, etc etc.
14. I am still very tomboyish at heart. It might explain a lot of things.
15. My colleges are not all high-tier colleges because I can get into them, as most people seem to think. They are more or less all reach schools and I am sitting here throwing darts at a dartboard and hoping one hits. Kudos to my parents for letting me get away with this.
16. I like to tease/mess with people. Especially little kids, oh god they are hilarious. It's a (slightly sadistic) pastime that amuses me to no end.
