chu_totoroHurkkh my flist is moving too fast for me to catch up on. x X I'll get to it after tonight's concert.
Ehehehe our concert shall pwn, Jeff Lee came up with all these hilarious ideas and I wonder if my brother wasn't the one who started these crazy trends, but anyway, sworn to secrecy for now, will elaborate after the concert's over.
Been rereading Three Musketeers. Eeee~! *love*
Athos had found the expression: a family matter.
Aramis had found the idea: the servants.
Porthos had found the means: the diamond ring.
Only d'Artagnan, usually the most inventive member of the foursome, had found nothing; but it must be said that the mere mention of Milady's name was enough to paralyze him.

Also, I find it really annoys me when people are obviously not bad at something, and insist that they are, and complain excessively about it just to show that they aren't. But um, I do that, and I'm a total hypocrite anyway, so I'll shut up and resolve to self-improve first before I expand anymore on that subject.
Meanwhile! The days are getting longer and longer~ It barely gets dark at NINE pm. oO;;
Today Tiff and I went crazy during tutorial and danced about the school and attacked Dorothy and poked her and ran about until she hid away and we went about in twirly little jump-around-or-chase-each-other-around-because-we-are-insulting-each-other circles all about the school and wandered and talked like the way we used to at the beginning of the year, except we were both hyper (ish) too so we went BANZAIIII to random people and were loud and crazy and laughed like the school was about to fall down.
... hadn't done THAT in a while. XD
Ahahaha I'm rooming with Dorothy in Australia. She should be glad Tiff's not going. Otherwise she'd visit my room all the time and we would both jump her and she shall um. be attacked! and yeah. Actually I think we make her life more interesting. Otherwise she hides in the little corner and does her govt/econ hw all day. So boriiiiing.
Well anyway, since it's just me and no Tiff, she will probably be spared. :( wah Tiff~
2156: Mmm so concert was HILARIOUS... only I couldn't see much of it from where I was sitting. :( I wish I could've watched it.
Anyway, so John Williams tribute medley thing.
STAR WARS: bang! startoff. Jeff Lee and Chris Chin appear onstage, one on each side, dressed respectively in the brown jedi knight cloaks. Both of them have glowing lightsabers. As the music swells, they rush at each other and battle! One person is eventually "killed." [Jeff is fanatical about wushu, btw, so yah]
JAWS: DUUUUN. A big gray fin appears on the back of the stage (William Denq hiding expertly behind it). DUUUUUN-dun. Fin slowly moves across to left of stage, circling up and down as if on swelling waves. DUUN-dun, DUUN-dun. Fin continues progress across stage. Dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-DUN-dun-dun-dun-DUN-dun... etc.
SUPERMAN: BOOM! Jaws ends with a flourish. Silence. Suddenly a cellphone rings in the audience, and Mr. Boitz turns around slowly from the conductor's podium. Eric Jiang stands up, then jumps onto his seat, holding cellphone to ear. "What?! Timmy is being attacked by werewolves again? Okay, I'll be RIGHT THERE." He throws down the cellphone, goes "AAAAAAARKH!" and rips off his shirt and pants in two great sweeps to reveal bright red superman costume/cape underneath. Eric strikes a superman pose on the chair, then leaps off, scoops up Amy (? I couldn't see who it was) from a seat in the front row close to him, and runs up the steps, carrying her. He strikes a superman pose at the door before leaving.
HARRY'S WONDROUS WORLD: Jenny (?), wearing a bright golden dress, with FAIRY wings attached to the back, threads through the crowd. A "Harry" (dunno who it was, couldn't see) threads through after her, clawing the air in slow motion as if to seize her.
RAIDER'S MARCH: Jeff Lee, clothed fully in Indiana Jones gear, strides confidently onto the stage with a smile. He almost reaches the other end when suddenly, a giant cardboard ROCK appears, Chris Chin behind it. The rock ROLLS (as Chris windmills his arms and turns it), and Jeff's smile becomes a OHNOES look as he flees, the rock just behind him. They disappear offstage.
ET ENDING THEME: We start to play. Then suddenly someone bikes across where the pit would be, right in front of the audience. They laugh and cheer. Then another comes! and I think another. They bike around the audience for a bit. At the epic ending part where the music swellllllls Jeff Lee, Chris Chin, Eric Jiang (is that his last name?), and William Denq walk out onstage and bow. Chris is holding the giant Indiana Jones "rock." XD
They got this all together in about 2 days too. :)
Ahahahahahaha we were working SO hard not to laugh the entire time. Mr. Boitz cracked up during rehearsal at the Harry Potter one. And everyone was watching William during Jaws and half the orchestra burst out laughing so the DUUUUUUN-dun sounded more like DUUUUUuuuuuu*choke*HAHAHAHA-uun...
Oh, it was funny. I really wish I could've watched instead of played, though. =/ Sigh.
I am also rather vexed because mom dragged me home before I could find Vicki. >> She's on percussion, hence cleanup takes a long time and stuff. Rawr.
You know, it's kind of funny. Half of my friends are the quiet antisocial Asian type of people who, well okay not quiet exactly, but just these kids will never go to hangouts afterschool, they're like the people who will become seniors... and not know how to drive, or if they do they just don't hang out with friends in places like TapX or BJs or whatever, school will be let out and they will go home. All the time. Even after senior-ness. Like... Dorothy. >>;;
And then the other half of my friends are the exact opposite.
Funnyyyyyyyyy.
2328 edit: So all the nonsocial (so to speak) friends who went straight home are sleeping! And the others are not on AIM because they are well. off somewhere. that's not home. T.T And the chat people are obsessed with SC. So guess what!!
... I SWEAR. I HAD NO INTENTION OF EATING ANY RAMEN. I've been walking past ramen every day every morning every afternoon when I get home from school and I haven't touched it or desired it or felt like eating it, at all. And that probably would've lasted for about another healthy week or so before I did! And then my mom came in earlier chewing on a piece of bread going "oooh you should try this bread sometime it's so good" and I, having just eaten a piece (right in her face, too, but mom doesn't pay attention to these things) was kind of like "... oO;; okay" and she started going "So meimei! We have all this good food at home and leftovers and lots of bread and even bagels and aiyi's cooked this and that and that... SO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T EAT ANY RAMEN. ANY. over the weekend."
Me: "... wtf I never even thought about that. I wasn't planning to."
Mom: "Well I'm not saying you were, just... yeah."
So mom leaves.
After a while, NOW THAT she's brought my thought process back to ramen, I start thinking "Hmmm... some ramen might not be such a bad idea... ramen's gooooood... spicyyyy..." *cravings begin to churn*
