Track started today. Was going to cut Bio, but Ashley said we didn't *NEED* to 'coz the coach said 7th period people could go late, we'll work something out -- didn't mean you didn't have to go, but she stayed so I stayed with her.
Went aft 7th. There were 5 of us. And some others who were rejected because they neglected to get the proper forms signed and pay the proper fee and such. Four of us were going for long distance, one girl was a sprinter. I randomly noticed that no one in the long distance runners were Asian, and also that all 4 of us 7th period people (Me, Ashley, Daniel, Eddie) WERE Asian. The sprinter was not.
... irrelevant, though. just an interesting observation.
Ran half a mile and waited forever for the coach. He taught us some basic training stuff, and then he had to go and he told us that we'll be splitting into events pretty soon; he didn't really know what we would be doing because long distance runners are under Mr. Jordan. He told us to go run like 10-20 minutes or so, since that's probably what they were doing earlier.
Eddie was a XC runner? So he took the 4 of us running across & off campus all the way to Hakone Gardens and back. Which was, total estimate, about 2.5 miles or so ('course, I suck at estimating, but it felt like it). Maybe more if you count running across school. He said it was some legendary XC thing. Probably 'coz of the hills. There's a v. large dip on the way there and Hakone Gardens itself has a bout of continuous uphill that we ran up and walked down.
Someone stole my water bottle. :( I couldn't find it at the track when we got back, and it wasn't in the locker rooms, and I went back to the track and it still wasn't there.
I also can't find my receipt. .__. That's not good. The receipt is important. I better go get another one from the Activities Office. ><
On a side note, TrigPreCalcH (apparently it's not called TrigAnalH) is easy. That's good.
.... I also need stop sleeping past midnight every day. it's not good! aaaaah~
Edit: Ahahaha~ Looking online, I just realized that in English my grammar final's score was never entered. I think it's because I forgot my name. (I got a 43/40.) But instead of annoying me like it should, that makes me happy. .__. Reasoning goes something along the lines of MUAHAHAHA I got a 0 on such an important test and 23/50 on the important project but I got an A- in the class anyways I FOIL YOUR SYSTEM (in terms of GPA) nyaahahahahahaa~~
Fwee~ I feel weird now. And dorky. But dorks are cool!

Date: 2006-01-25 09:38 pm (UTC)Sigh. I always barely got As in math. Well, thats probably because I don't try really hard. I'll try hard this semester though. Curse you and your innate math skillz! *shakes fist*
- -ll why do you sleep past midnight every day... What work could you have?
A dork means by a dictionary def. "dull, slow witted, or socially inept person". I don't think that describes you...

Date: 2006-01-25 09:58 pm (UTC)Oh. I usually get As in math... that's why I like math EXCEPT. Geometry. I don't care if I have an A+, I HATE that class. >>
More than you think.
Don't go by the dictionary, then... colloquialism rocks your socks...
