Pfft. The running-despite-soreness-from-dance yesterday must have done more damage than I realized. Did something weird to the back of my right leg, at any rate. And of course it didn't hurt yesterday. Waits 'til today to kick in. I can walk about normally, and fast-walk about normally if I wish to (just takes a bit of an extra effort), but cannot run properly. Not to say I cannot run, but if I step at a certain angle (which I'm bound to do) it jolts the whatever-I-did-to-my-leg and it turns into a limp-run. Not to mention it hurts. (And I am pointedly ignoring the soreness left over from yesterday as well...)

Aoki sensei will not be happy. I wonder if she'll let me off the mile today. She looks like the type that won't let you off unless you've a note (and I'm not waking my parents up for one), but I've been trying to get on her good side and seem to have succeeded somewhat... maybe that'll help.

Fffffffft... I am such a fool.

It's known as STRETCHING... *sigh* Back of the leg is usually easier to stretch, and it hurts less... Be thankful it's not shin splints or whatever.

We DO stretch. We stretch a lot.... almost too much...

Personally, methinks it has to do with one of the da-tiaos we did in dance. Because it was kind of feeling odd before. And then I think I killed it by running on it... oO
