I have an urge to smack the stupid computer.

Yesterday the internet consistently flickered and basically nothing would load, and it seriously annoyed me. The internet throughout the entire house was DEAD. I could open a page and it would be "looking for" page or "connecting to" page forever, and suddenly the internet would flicker back for a second. And it would turn into "sending request" for page. But it never finished sending the request, and the page would never load.

Same with AIM. "Looking for Service" forever, and then maybe occasionally flicker into "Checking Screenname and Password," then "Signing on" and "Finishing up." And occasionally it would actually reach the buddy list, but the actual list never loaded (it was "Retrieving Information" forever) and the whole thing was basically useless.

Majorly irritable.

...don't think I was completely aware of my utter dependence on the computer/internet until this...

Nani ka?

Ah well, not like knowing a lot about my life would do them much help. Unless they're some crazy person who wants to abduct me for a ransom or a serial killer targeting me. Then they could just read my journal and come to my house with about 5 boxes of Neoguri ramen and some SQUEE-worthy pets and some good books and I'd be bribed out in no time. >>;; Actually, I think I'd be bribed with just the ramen alone. _ _;;

Edit: I just realized that in the Shinji loves Asuka spiel above, the quote never mentions that the anonymous person states who they are. -.- How ironic.
