Wow...

I practiced piano today. Not "play." Practiced. No anime music, CTY sheets, made-up music... no, I actually went through with all of the scales, chords, arpeggios... etc, played my Czerny exercise, practiced Chopin's Valse Brilliante, and Beethoven's Opus 2 mov. III as well. For the full hour.

O.O What's gotten into me?!?!

And, even more amazingly, I still practiced cello after that. Granted, I didn't practice all my pieces and I didn't practice the full hour - not even close, but I actually practiced...

So today I'm feeling completely guilt-free. I even spent about 20 minutes doing all of my Chinese homework at super-speed. Everything that needs to be done is done, so far as I'm concerned. (Yes, I know I didn't practice koto, but that's the one instrument out of the three that I can get by without practicing and just sight-reading...) Now I have lots of spare time to kill.

I actually still have things to translate, and other work to do... my brother and I are getting paid $25 an hour for making a site, but we have to create the entire site from scratch. The work hasn't begun yet (problems with the domain host) but once it does I'll probably be very busy. But... look! It's only 4:30! -dances around- Lots of time! I think I'll spend some time on my uber-long CTY LJ entry. It's currently... 10 pages (Geneva font size 9) and I've just gotten around to the first Saturday weekend. I've been putting it off for a bit because I wanted to clarify some things with Elizabeth or someone else from my hall, but I guess I'll just skip that for now....

Oh hey! Del's updated his LJ. I think I'll waste some time reading it! =D
