Apr. 17th, 2008 02:46 pmAdeeti fainted in the middle of our presentation.
.___.;;
it was pretty scary.
edit: clingy people annoy me. I must remember not to be like that. :x
I think, for the time being, I will refrain from comment. If this continues, though, will need to mention it. TT;; blahhhhh.
edit2: My room makes me lose purpose. Too often I walk into it with some objective in mind (check something online quickly, get a textbook, grab some papers), but once I walk in, especially if I was thinking about something else while walking down the hallway (how Adeeti fainted, for example), I completely lose track of what I meant to do. Often I get distracted by something else and don't remember whatever I meant to do until I leave again and realize I still haven't checked whatever or gotten my textbook or grabbed the papers. Other times I stand in the middle of my room for a full minute, backtracking to remember why I needed to come in before I go ding! oh yeah I need to get my piano book so I can practice. (then get my piano book so I can practice.)
etc.
I mean, it's not Alzheimer's or anything, although I am habitually absent-minded. When I do things at school or in the library this doesn't happen.
My room's like a home base, everything in everything is there, all the disjointed possibilities floating around, pushing and pulling and swirling and eddying so that when I walk in, if I don't focus on holding my single purpose together in my mind, all those swirls and eddies just slip in the cracks and whirl my mind away from here to here to here, and the original purpose gets pulled apart entirely until I walk out of the room and rediscover what had originally prompted me to go in. And then I have to go in again.
This occurs with various parts of the house, e.g. the kitchen (distracted by foodstuffs). but my room is the worst. :x
