Someone said something about yellow today, I think they were discussing racist issues (Asians = yellow people), and I... thought of Mr. Hong Jin-Ho. T___________T WHY.
And while we were having this deep discussion about imperialism after a bunch of useless video-project-attempting which degenerated into APUSH-hw-doing, we got on to old imperialism with the spreading out and taking land, and new imperialism when all the land was gone and people tried to take over the land AND the people there and "civilize" them with their own ideas and cultures and whatnot, I... thought of a starcraft minimap. You know, where all the colored dots start off with a base, then people expo and the dots start taking over different areas and some take more and some take less and you can WATCH it visually spreading across the map and some get annihilated early and some don't and then by the time almost all the expos are full people fight, right, and then the dots of one color try to take over the base of the dots of another color, and fill it with their color, and I was like wow this is just like imperialism!
Then, I brought my laptop to school to work on poetry panel right. And Wooho the obsessed actually stole it... TO PLAY STARCRAFT ON. AGAINST THE COMPUTER.
NO GET AWAY FROM ME SCHOOL'S STARTED I DON'T WANT COMPUTER GAMES IN MY LIFE WHY.
