chu_totoro: (TRC-- group hug)
Putting this list idea into practice... backdated to save my friendslist from having to read every little petty thing I have to finish for school or instruments or w/e. :)

long term stuff! (this post will stay at the top of my journal for a while)

list directly copied from yesterday's list...

--clean room
--read O! Pioneers
--practice piano
--practice cello
   -All-state music
--Chinese homework
--multivariate stuff
--organize poetry binder(s)
--organize books
--write a pantoum
--write a tanka

yay. a lot of these are more reminder-y than things that can be crossed out, because, alas, tasks such as instrument practice have to, you know, continue EVERY DAY. =/ oh wellz.

... fuck.
chu_totoro: (FMA-- I sleep now kthxbye)
Lots of things happened today.

1. Mutanabbi pretty much cleared! yay.

2. Shopped a bit with my best friend from fifth grade (whom I basically haven't seen since fifth grade, save a random time or two) and her friends, which was... interesting. I think keropi and I decided that we have v. different taste from them in terms of clothes.

3. Saw Spiderwick Chronicles. A little bit cheesy and silly, but pretty good all the same. Looks like it's a good book, again. Movie's more iffy.

4. English project! We are making a video of Hamlet act 5 scene 1. We came up with the most retarded ideas, some of which will probably be used in the video. God save us all.

5. Spent a lot of time purging my computer of mild viruses and trojans that I didn't know I had (some of them have been riding my comp since June 2007! jeezus.) and now my system's distinctly faster and more efficient. The internet, too. All cleared of those stupid backdoor piggybacking little creepies. rawr.

More things happened later that made me very angry at myself for being irresponsible, but then I practiced a lot of piano and felt slightly better. Then I wasted a lot of time on the computer and felt worse. Maybe I should just turn this thing off, tie it together with rope so you can't open it, and box it away somewhere up highhhhh in the loft stuffed in some dusty corner where it'll never come out again.

But then I wouldn't be able to do a lot of my homework.

Alas.
