Jun. 5th, 2007 04:04 pmso, back from the East Coast.
how many of you didn't know I'd left till now? xD
The graduation was really boring. but I have fallen in love with Boston and Cambridge. Providence was so-so. I mean, Rhode Island's TINY. Whaddaya expect?
Have yet to see New York. Katie's living there, though, so I can go visit her sometime next year. :)
Left both my siblings behind to roadtrip to wherever they're going, then roadtrip home. With their respective significant others. XD They'll both be back sometime during summer. This roadtripping thing across the US is becoming something like family tradition. (my parents did it @ around same age too. :3)
Also-
I am going to Harvard.
end of story.
of course, I have to allow some leeway since I haven't seen much of the other bits of the East Coast, but at the very root of the matter...
I'm going to school in the East Coast. Definitely not staying in the West Coast.
and as things stand right now-
going to Harvard.
yup.
on a side note, got Fool's Errand (1st book of Tawny Man), Forest Mage (2nd book of Soldier's Son), Good Omens, The Secret, The Alchemist, and The Neverending Story while I was there. It might begin to explain why I love the place so much.
The Alchemist is the best book ever. Echoes all the ideas in The Secret, but in a beautiful and simple and absolutely unscientific headachey way. And the book itself is gorgeous. I'll upload a picture of it sometime.
:)
1814 edit: My rosin turns up in the most bizarre places. the BATHROOM? seriously.
