In comes the grades!
Nov. 29th, 2005 04:47 pmGrade reports came in today.
Japanese: A- still. I finally figured out why my participation is so low. He lowers it every time you're late. Well, considering it's period 1, and I sometimes have to walk to school... >>; Hah but I was on time today! Early, even. Alvin was late. I laughed. xP
Orchestra: A. It's pretty much always an A. I mean, how much of a "grade" can you get for orchestra?
Geometry: A+ hahaha yeah I do whatever I want in her class, she turns blind eye, all works out 'slong as I keep the grade up. New seats today. Am no longer smack-center-front right under her nose.
Health: B. OMGWTF how did I get a B?! It can't be true! /checks Aeries. WHAT?! NO IT LIES!! ... oh wait guess she didn't finish grading that DrivEd quiz yet. ... she irks me.
Physical Education: A+ muahaha I have a 101. Take that, Jason! Hehe he got better than me for almost everything in fitness testing, but I get more points than him, solely because I'm a girl. ^^
English: A-. It dropped, but that can't be helped. We did no essay writing the first grading session. Purely participation and homework. Once you get into essays, naturally, it's much harder to get a perfect score...
Bio: A. Whatever. I don't care about this class.
In other news, indoor soccer is a violent sport. Some people kick too high for their own good. (Taka kicked it straight up and hit the CEILING.) I got nailed multiple times (once on the head ><), as did Jason, and Christina is SKEERY, even with her leg braces. She joined our team halfway, even though she's technically the T.A., because we were one person short (and really we should say we were THREE people short because the other two didn't do like... anything. They stood near the goal and talked).
Did a DNA lab with strawberries in Bio. Lamented greatly the loss of the strawberries (we had to squish them and smush them up and extract the DNA). They did look so delicious...
