KITTENS
at last, some pictures.
and Happy October, everyone. :)
All in link format for the benefit of the people w/slow connections.
OR, if you're not afraid it'll kill your computer, and you don't mind not seeing the pictures full size, you can go look at all of them at once here! (it'll take same amt time to load, though, coz I resized via html...)
pic 1: That's their v. first home, a gigantic cardboard box. Only the three, Squall's off hiding under the covers.
pic 2: Without flash, darker + more blurry, but also without the kittens' evil eyes.
pic 3: See, Squall's down there at the left-hand corner. He blends in exactly, but you can see his eyes.
pic 4: After they escaped from the cardboard box, we borrowed this cage from mom's coworker Jeffrey, and it became their new home.
pic 5: The gray one in the back is Yoda. I can't tell Lazybutt and Renegade apart in this one...
pic 6: So, after they miraculously escaped through the HOLES of that cage, we found them a cage that they couldn't possibly escape from.
pic 7: Lazybutt, there, and Squall sleeping in the litterbox behind. _ _;;
pic 8: Renegade or Lazybutt pigging out.
pic 9: Oh, probably Lazybutt then, since he's letting me pet him.
pic 10: Blurry pic of kitty stalking invisible prey.
pic 11: Squall really liked sleeping in the litterbox. >>; The other is sleeping on m'dad's old underwear.
pic 12: We allowed them free roam of the bathroom after a while.
pic 13: That would be them on our bathroom carpet. Renegade stole my sock out of the sock drawer and made a toy of it. -.-
pic 14: The twins!
pic 15: I really stopped being able to tell them apart after a while. Except through behavior, occasionally...
pic 16: Pigging out on fat cans of canned food. These kitties are going to grow up so spoiled...
pic 17: The one in back is scared of me, and trying to find a way to sneak around.
pic 18: Squall's the smallest, and the timidest, hence he hides.
pic 19: I had to set the food far away from me, after the others were done, before he would come out.
pic 20: Yoda's a pig. And Renegade's being rude and trying to steal food from Squall.
pic 21: I shooed him off, which scared Squall off too. =.= but he came back.
pic 22: wtf Lazybutt's humping my sock. (He's playing w/it with forepaws, actually, but still.)
pic 23: Sock steal?
pic 24: Or not. Yoda's turn!
pic 25: I tried to find a pingpong ball for them instead, coz kitties love pingpong balls, but we had none.
pic 26: Yeah they also really liked hiding out behind the toilet...
pic 27: ...like that. Except usually even further back. Well the other three kitties ARE further back, actually, you just can't see them...
pic 28: Lazybutt's being lazy while... Renegade? yah. while Renegade is off stalking my sock again.
pic 29: Yoda! In a fluffball.
pic 30: Yah they eventually figured out how to get to the counter from there, too, and now they knock EVERYTHING over EVERY morning repeatedly, and we can't stop them.
pic 31: We got them a blanket to sleep on out of the cage.
pic 32: They really liked it, actually.
pic 33: Awwwwww...
There's more on a diff camera... heck, there's more on THIS camera, although dad took them all w/bad flash settings on so they aren't so great, but anyway, upload later yes. We'll be putting an advertisement on Craigslist soon.
THEY'RE SO CUTE. ^^
